Warranty & Guarantees:
     There is No warranty implied or stated due to the nature of the application. We do however guarantee that our work is defect free as far as we can ascertain through rigorous and repeated inspection and testing. We cannot guarantee horsepower numbers because dynos vary, casting potential varies due to core shift, and because we obviously cannot know what condition your engine is in. We cannot be held liable for damages or injuries incurred from the use of our product, because we have no control over its installation and/or suitability, and can only provide something based upon the information given by the consumer.

Money Back Guarantee:

     If you are not satisfied with our product, return it! Provided the product is returned undamaged and within 30 days of receipt we will refund the original cost, minus the cost of components. We will then return the components (valves, valvesprings, retainers, locks, etc.) to you. Your components will then be inspected and shipped to you at our expense.


A quick clarification & personal note to potential customers:

     All of that simply means that if you inadvertently provide inaccurate information, or if a component fails due to manufacturer defect, etc. that it is simply out of our control, and consequently, we cannot be held liable for resultant complications. Of course, all components are thoroughly inspected prior to use, and failures with "street" setups are extremely rare, and generally caused by negligence. With more extreme race setups, certain components are considered wear items, and must be inspected, tested, or replaced at the recommended intervals to greatly reduce the chances of component failure. First and foremost we are consumers ourselves, and take great pride in the products and services we put out. Our reputation is dependant upon not only outperforming any other option, but more importantly, upon consistently doing so with a quality product. As an educated consumer, you have undoubtedly weighed your options, and we thank you for taking the time to consider us. Payment:
     Every set of cylinder heads we do is specific to that particular customer's application, so work is first come, first served. To reserve a space on our calendar, and get started we require a minimum of 50% of the total cost up front, and that the balance (including return shipping to you) be paid in full prior to shipping. If the product is needed by a certain date, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the balance reaches us in time, taking into consideration approximate shipping times. The balance must be recieved within 30days of being notified that your work has been completed. If it is not, or you ask for a refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Important: Additionally, If no other arrangements are made and payment is not recieved after a period of 60 days, the parts will then become property of Advanced Induction. There will be no refunds for custom race setups, one-off conversions or other extraordinary jobs (this supercedes the above money back guarantee).

Methods of Payment:

     The preferred method of payment is Cashiers Check, or Money Order. Personal and company checks will be accepted, but we must wait 10 business days to ensure they clear.

Website Pricing Information:

     Though we regularly update our website with our most current offerings and prices, our costs do fluctuate and at times our prices may as well to accomodate this. Before sending your initial payment, please request a detailed individual quote.

Quotes:

     Our quotes are generated based on current pricing information, and the information given to us by our customers. We do our best to ensure that everything is covered in our initial quotes, but if your particular job requires additional work, we reserve the right to alter the original quote. We would never change something like this without contacting the customer first, and this disclaimer is most applicable with the repair work that we do, where we simply cannot know what to expect until we begin our work.



Turnaround:
     Because the work is first come, first served, the turnaround is constantly fluctuating. Please inquire prior to shipping your cores and initial payment to get an estimate. Quoted turnaround estimate is just that, an estimate, and is not guaranteed. Nine out of ten times we will meet or beat our projected turnaround time interval. However, no amount of planning is infallible, and unforeseen complications, such as component availability, are always a rare possibility.



Cores:
     For street applications, we will always recommend that you send in a set of heads you already own, because it simplifies things. If you cannot afford the downtime incurred by sending in the heads off of your vehicle, and do not want to go through the trouble of acquiring a set to send in, we can provide cores. The current LT1 and LS1 core charge is $600, and is fully refundable upon receipt of an acceptable core. Core availability and acceptability may vary, and we cannot guarantee that your cores are acceptable until we have had an opportunity to inspect them. In the event that your cores are not acceptable for any reason, it will be your responsibility to pay for return shipping, and you will not receive the refund. A common problem is broken exhaust header bolts stuck in heads, which requires machinework (removal and helicoil) to repair. If your cores require additional machinework, then a minimum of $50 will be deducted from the $600 refund, with additional charges depending upon the extent of required repairs. Please understand that the castings you intend to core, are the ones we will port for you. If you have a 96+ LT1 car for example, then please understand that you will receive that specific iteration of the LT1 casting.

Please Do NOT ship heads in packing peanuts! There is a $25 charge for time spent picking them out of the passages.
