TFS Based SBC Head Packages For those in search of something with more potential than production castings or who want to start with a new casting, we offer several packages based on Trick Flow Specialties' premium SBC offerings. These castings not only give us more freedom in port design, but greater capacity for airflow. They can be setup for a low-rpm torque monster, a high-rpm screamer, or anywhere in between for any displacement. No cores are required with these packages. As a safety benefit, when starting off with brand new high quality castings, one never has to worry if they're purchasing a used casting that has been abused, overheated, etc. CNC'd Trick Flow 200cc 23° Street/Strip Package: This cylinder head utilizes the exact same CNC ported combustion chambers, valve seats, and exhaust ports as our 215cc CNC TFS 23° head listed below. Additionally, this offering is automatically upgraded to the premium Pacalloy 1220 "Beehive" valve spring. The 200cc TFS head is ideal for those wanting a very streetable package based on a new casting with an operating range of 2500-6500rpm.
Note - Exhaust numbers are obtained without the use of a "pipe" or extension of any kind.
Recommended Useage: Stock 350cid - 396cid shortblocks with piston relief/dish volumes of 5-31cc. Typically this cylinder head is best when paired with either an Accel Pro Ram, Victor Jr. or similar intake manifold. With 145lb seated spring pressure and the ability to handle .600" net valve lift these are ideal for the latest Hydraulic and Solid Roller street cams.$2495 - Complete, Assembled, & Ready to Bolt-On 100% CNC'd Trick Flow 215cc 23° Competition Package: For those looking for a package that includes a brand new set of castings populated with top shelf components, we offer our 100% CNC'd 215cc TFS Competition package. We start off with a TFS 195cc bare casting that is emissions legal in all 50 states, and CNC apply our proven port, valve seat, and chamber designs. Additionally, this offering is automatically upgraded to the premium Pacalloy 1220 "Beehive" valve spring. This port design is intended to feed extremely air-hungry applications with a focus on area under the curve, wet flow, and combustion efficiency. With supporting modifications this head is capable of producing approximately 525-560 SAE corrected horsepower with a street driveable roller camshaft, and in excess of 600hp with more aggressive valvetrain packages and appropriate supporting modifications.
